"We come here for Gallery Night in the 3rd Ward and can never make to all 7 floors of separate galleries. Beautiful art works. SO many different media, prices. Wish I had a huge house and the money to decorate it from here! Highly recommended"

"Large Warehouse type building filled with Galleries, artists' studios and other art related businesses.while the studios are usually only open on gallery night a day which occurs four times a year through the third Ward association,however many of the galleries are open regular hours such as Saturday's 12- 6:00 p.m. remember to take the elevator to the other galleries in the building- there are six floors all together including a basement level."

"A very cool are with art galleries, some studios, and nonprofits such as the ACLU. The building is an old warehouse which does mean that the elevators are incredibly slow and the stairs steep, so be wary before taking the stairs. Overall, it is an incredibly nice space, with good management and nice tenants."
