"Absolutely nothing good to say about this insurance company! They make it very difficult for referrals to be approved....and even after months waiting and it gets approved....they turn around and cancel the approval a few days before the procedure that we had already been waiting for, for months! They play games and tell you it is the providers issue, and the provider claims it is the insurance fault. And never ever ask for help with a Case Manager. They work strictly for the insurance and look for ways not to pay out for medical claims!"

"Terrible coverage for preventative screenings. Refused to cover services on 2 visits that were for annual preventative care where even the doctors office provided documentation that the services were preventive and not diagnostic. After hours of phone calls and messages over the last 6 months the appeals the process isn't over. Awful customer service when calling with questions. After being with BCBS for years and having no issues, this company is a huge disappointment."

"I went to Urgent Care and they sent me to the ER. I have never been to the ER. I am 42 years old and try to take good care of myself. The service at the hospital was excellent. Unfortunately, the bills keep rolling in. So far, this ER visit costed more than when I had my kids ;("

"I changed from Anthem BCBS after 4 years to Prevea360, Dean Health late 2022. January 1st, I sign on to Prevea360 Members Portal, created my account and nothing worked. Contacted Customer Support in their Advantage card 3 times. !st response was they were having system issues and be patient. Called again in 7 days, was told that they are have system issues with the WebMD portal. I asked what about the other 9 icons, again be patient. Waited another week, nothing has changed. Contacted them, this time the gentleman stated, sir, I don't even know what you're referring too because I don't have that screen. I asked him to put me in contact with someone who knows Prevea360, very reluctantly he put me on hold. I contacted Medicare and they stated "this is not acceptable" and put me in contact with an agent. End of January I changed back to Anthem BCBS. But this has caused a ripple effect. Primarily with a specialist appointment I established last fall. The specialist is an APNP, which was accepted with Prevea360, but not with Anthem BCBS. They will not pay for visits with an APNP. So now my "new" appointment is scheduled for the end of July, and my prescriptions run out in a month. They called the end of last week in February and said "we found it". Not good enough. Ripple effect for the next 6 months. All because of incompetence in their Operating System !! I was advised I was not the only person in this predicament !!"

"New health insurance. I have 3 people on the policy and they send 2 cards. They refused to take my request online for a new, 3 rd card. Yesterday I had a need for urgent care at 8:30pm. Nothing on their site made it clear which hospitals were in network. I called their after hours to confirm, but the live agent told me she could not help with that. I got the other phone number which was only a recording since it was after hours."
