"The WPS website offers a poor user experience overall. Take premium payments. There's no way for a user to update a credit card – all CCs are eventually replaced with new EXP dates and numbers, but a WPS user can't update that info without calling in? Also there's no way to verify that auto-payments are on or when auto-payments will occur. And there's no way to turn auto-payments on or off. Other common account maintenance features are cumbersome or nonexistent on the WPS web portal."

"Everyday I wonder if WPS could be any more difficult to work with, yet...they continue to amaze how bad the customer service is. Politics aside, this company will want you to vote for universal health care and have the government run health care because I'd rather go to the DMV then to have to deal with this company one more time.
