"I just spoke with an agent regarding a claim that was sent in for three month with a super bill. The person was so rude and literally so unhelpful as she was trying to locate my claim! Said she needed the exact date/month/year and then told me that they hadn't received any claims for me for the entire year (since January). So awful and not accurate at all. Not helpful. If I could change the way my claims are process thru TCL I would. Supervisors should screen calls and terminate someone like that."
"My review was removed! They don’t want anyone to know the truth! I agree with everything Brittany R. said! This company is horrible and I’m still here being mistreated. I’m having to sit out of work miss money due to nothing being resolved. I have shown proof and I have gotten no where! This company don’t value their workers or customers! Update: I had a hour meeting with Michelle M. and Kim T. on Jan. 26, 2023. I’ve mostly met with Manager Michelle while experiencing many issues. The very last conversation about my issues was very uncomfortable. I felt ganged upon during the meeting. All things I stated I was having issues with were dismissed with proof! Excuses were made, many apologies were made! I was talked to through clinched teeth by Kim the entire time. Also Michelle was loud and cutting me off. You can tell they were both navigating on a different device to communicate what needs to be said! Michelle was never rude until that day! I had a issue with a supervisor and he didn’t get fired until I quit! The final reason to make me quit is when the meeting got intense I tried to leave and take off the rest of the day, Kim proceeded to ask me was I quitting, I told her no and she was like do you have PTO on demand I said no I have PTO and also I’m waiting on my doc to finish with paperwork that I need for work for FMLA bc I was approved. Afterwards I felt like well I guess I need to. Also I forgot to mention, on that Monday before the 26th, I had a month to get evidence together, by the the next meeting she was about to dismiss everything, I took off 3 hrs to obtain everything I needed and gave it to her, a week later she came back and dismissed my proof telling me some of it was old and apologized for some things and then afterwards they came back and paid me for that full day for having to take time off during work hrs to obtain evidence they didn’t want me to have. They wanted me to do it on my off time but wouldn’t approve me time on the computer until I said something after a month of me not having time to gather everything. I NEED A LAWYER ASAP! HELP! Lack of training and was placed on metrics! I started this company back in January 10, 2022! Anyone from Chanell and Andrew training class? Suspicious thing is my metrics wasn’t a issue the person who was supposed to be a great supervisor attacked me bc I said something to her about ignoring me when I had questions. She gave me a verbal warning and a written warning. There is bonus checks for this work I have done and they wasn’t seeing why I should have not been on any warnings! That’s retaliation and harassment. I have more harassment issues as well! From a guy name Edward M. I have complained that system is calculating my work incorrectly, it was ONLY counting the closed notes and not the open or pending notes that are required for you to do as well. I spent hrs and days working regular shift and unexpectedly mandatory overtime right after OJT. How do you give me mandatory hrs of OT and so much work to do in little time. We are told to take 8 notes a hr. on each call. However you can’t tell the customer that. You are also told to assist with all claims and the callers are wanting you to help them with about 15 claims. I would love to assist but supervisors were telling us we had to get off the call bc it’s apart of metric scoring. You will not get help if complaint about training or their best people. They expect you read these long documents to work a claim while on calls assisting callers. The callers are rushing and rude. Once I knew the work I was banned from helping new people and some people from my training class. At will firing has limits to it just like quitting! I was subject to harassment, retaliation and sexual harassment! Even in a remote work space! I wish I could put everything in this post!"
"Thanks to this company and their incompetent "management" of federal contracts an active duty service member will go without his mental health counseling... AGAIN. (Company is behind on payment for 9 appointments to date.) The company is quick to throw up bureaucracy and red tape but VERY slow to genuinely try to help out or even perform an average job. Out of the blue (and contrary to the instructions on the associated federal forms) the company is imposing new and burdensome administrative requirements. I'll be contacting my congressman and the Attorney General of Wisconsin to complain."
"I recently worked for this company. I thought it would be an enjoyable experience as my first work from home job but it ended up being completely opposite. To start the equipment needs to be updated. It often broke down or froze and needed to be replaced but I was understanding about that. Then came training, which started out okay but eventually they broke training into parts and some people were never trained further because there was so much disorganization. I quickly learned that they allowed little to no work life balance. With overtime, the high volume of calls expected to be taken while also filing all of the information they were expecting in such a short amount of time began to not make any sense and it was straining. My class started out with 32 trainees I believe, if not more. We ended with 8 people. 7 now that I decided to leave. Ironically, the position was so bad for my mental that I had to leave with no plan because they constantly showed their disregard for their employees time and time again. By putting pressure on us to meet quotas so they wouldn’t have to pay their $1 million dollar fines and more. I tried as long as I could. Eventually, I had a breakdown. I tried to speak to HR about it but was basically told it would be no good because I was a non bargaining employee. Which I wasn’t even given an option or an explanation of during, prior to, or after the hiring process. Overall, I’d say it’s a gamble to work with them. The only reason I regret leaving is because now I have an even bigger burden which is the weight of wondering where my next meal will be from. BUT I am literally so mentally drained that I can’t even bring myself to go to an in person job let alone find another work from home company to employee me fast enough to solve my problems. It’s definitely a 50/50 chance on whether you’ll love the company or subsequently be destroyed by it. I was on phones which probably made it 10 times worse. However, even out of all the 7 employees that still remain from my training class they all complain about the workload and the stress they carry from the position whether they choose to address it or act on it to save themselves. There’s definitely better companies to work for out there."
"This terrible company will go out of its way to avoid covering anything related to transitioning. They refused to cover my voice therapy under the grounds that it's "cosmetic", they refused to cover 2 patches twice a week, and when I was staying at Dane County Care Facility the staff called insurance about my stay and when they mentioned that my stay was related to being without the estrogen the person from WPS said "oh, is that all they're staying there for?" They genuinely couldn't care if I die so I don't really care if they were to go out of business! Would give 0 stars if possible, try any other insurance company!"
