"The service was awesome, it was a great part of the experience there. The food delicious. My steak was a perfectly cooked dry aged new york strip. The sides and the options were the fun part of the dining experience. I thought I would ever say this in my lifetime.....try the Brussel Sprouts, you will be delightfully surprised."

"Never read reviews before trying first. This place is great! Atmosphere is romantic, peaceful, and cool. The staff is friendly, well trained, they know the menu well and have great recommendations. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is excellent, high end, good bread the butter is exquisite. Asparagus were crunchy, tasty, as well as the garlic mashed potatoes.Ratatouille was one of the best I have eaten. I will.definitely be coming back and bring some.friends."

"My wife and I ate at Carbon during the opening week and we loved it. The atmosphere was warm and inviting while also providing privacy and feeling of safety. "Food overall is a 6.5/10. Yet the staff from valet, host, servers , and there on make your experience worth the visit. Update: I went the second day of opening and my expectations weren’t met in comparison to the stories I saw from the grand opening. The main disappointment came from the presentation of the lobster mash. The presentation on the grand opening was beautiful yet on the second day it was just lobster on top of mash potatoes floating in butter. The sides weren’t hot but more so warm(barely). Flavor wasn’t quite there on the sides as well. The char from the grill helped with the flavor notes on the meat. However, the drinks were good and staff were nice."

"Everything was okay. I would say for the price point I expected a lot more of a steakhouse experience. The restaurant is very bright and music was louder than a typical steakhouse. The atmosphere is different from other steak houses (maybe this is the vibe they were going for!). The food was 2.5/5. Everything was lukewarm- steaks- mashed potatoes- cream spinach-steak fries. The steaks were great- cooked correctly but were lukewarm. Favorite dish was the steaks. Overall our experience was okay. I wouldn’t visit again anytime soon. Maybe it’s because it’s new! But hopeful everyone who visits has a better time then we did! Cheers"
