"Germantown location. Ordered some night sights for a pistol. Installation took 6 weeks, which was 4 weeks longer than promised. After I got the pistol back the front blade sight didnt glow. Clearly from improper install as metal on the sight was very peened over, finish was damaged, etc. There was also damage to the finish on the pistol as well as a deep gouge in the dovetail where the front sight goes. When I brought this the attention to the salesperson he said that they weren't responsible for damaged to any products I bought from them or damage to the pistol since I couldn't prove it wasn't there before. However, he could help me fix it but it would take some time and if the manufacturer warranty didnt cover replacement that I would have to buy a new front blade sight. Unreal!!! Ihave no idea by what miracle this company stays in business."

"Don't listen to those low reviews that were written at the same time - probably just one guy who wanted to complain a bunch. My experience with Ron's Guns has been fantastic! Their prices on new & used guns are the absolute best in the area. Much of their inventory cycles around every other week and it is a lot of fun looking and handling. Great deals on used items! They are always very friendly and give great advice, even if that advice may help you find better deals elsewhere (which would be hard to find!). I highly recommend stopping by and browsing!"
