"Never answers phone. Reported my dental office to them. Come to find out theyre just as bad. Non-responsive. No employees working. I suppose most just get paid nowadays to work from home, with ringers off."

"The worst company I had to changed my insurance because of my doctors no longer work with old insurance. Was told this insurance would cover more dental and would take my dentist. I called my dentist office to let them know I changed insurance to find out they didn't work with this insurance. My appointment for oral surgery was in April now here it is February and still can't find a dentist who take this insurance or who a dentist can do oral surgery. I have called this company every week complaining about this and all I've gotten was the run around. Please don't use this insurance if you need anything more than a teeth cleaning."

"Evidently this insurance company doesn't pay their bills, causing any reputable dentist's office to stop providing care to patients who have DentaQuest. I've called the only two dentists in the Madison area with ratings above 4 stars and surprise, both of them no longer do business with Dentaquest because they don't pay. Dentaquest also refuses to take these dentists off of their list of accepted providers on their website. If you want to trust your only set of teeth in the hands of a dental office with 2.3-3.6 stars, then Dentaquest is the insurance provider for you."

"If I could give 0 starts and still be able to leave a review I would. I've done nothing but complain and cry for months asking for help, just to now finally "going somewhere" but was lied to about being put as an "Emergency" on Dec 6th, 2023 at 9:00AM. Now they say to wait ANOTHER 24-48 hours for a call back after I just wait MORE THAN 72 HOURS FOR THE FIRST CALL!"
