"I called to schedule an eye exam. The woman on the phone said there was an 8:30am opening a week later. When I arrived the lights were dark and I noticed online store hours started at 9am. A woman arrived and unlocked the door. Shortly after I opened the door to find out if I was mistaken on the time. Before I could speak, the woman immediately yelled "what the hell is wrong with you?" I questioned her about her attitude and and things just got even worse. I gave her my name and told her to cancel my exam. I did not get her name but she was an older woman with dark hair. As the owner of multiple businesses, I do not understand how people with attitudes this bad are able to keep their jobs. Especially, in a small town like Hartford. I will not do business with Shopko again."

"Friendly staff. Clean and organized store. Handicap parking handicap access. Eye exam was done with detailed thoroughness. Dr Nicole was really nice."
