"Great experience in the store, but we were told we would get our treadmill in a week or two. We purchased on January 27. I finally called this week and was told that they won’t be in until sometime in March. Then they are at least a week or two out for delivery. We are not happy. Wish they would have been honest up front."

Then, the guys show up to deliver and install (right on time, and with a "we're on our way" call 20 minutes before arriving), and the experience actually got even better. You don't always find high end customer service mentalities throughout the process from sale to delivery, but everyone here had it going. Couldn't be happier, and wouldn't go anywhere else."

"Good mix of demo models on the floor so the opportunity to try out a machine was offered. What I liked most about the experience is the salesman did not try to "upsell" me on anything. When someone does that I usually walk out and I ended up buying up of my own accord after trying the machines. I will definitely return for any further needs in this case."
