"I purchased batting gloves from Spiderz in August and have not received them yet. That is 14 weeks ago, almost twice as long as the time frame indicated for shipping when you place your order. I have reached out to their customer service twice and never heard back from them. I left a message on their contact me sight and they got back to me with information that leads me to believe they never check my order. Very disappointed. I have always heard of Spiderz sterling reputation, but they seem to be dropping the ball on this one. All I want is a date that I can expect them to come in. They are a Christmas present."
