"I am so thankful for Dr. Johl. I can confidently say that she is absolutely the only reason I passed my boards and I could not be more thankful for her. The exam questions she has prepared are completely on point and are the only questions that I feel are equivalent to the ANCC board questions. The time she has spent to make sure her students are successful is unbelievable. I am so grateful for her practice exams and all the time that she spent with me. I felt very confident walking in to my boards and I was able to pass on my first try! I swear by Dr. Johl! I would recommend her and her program a thousand times over! Thank you for everything!"
"I took Tina’s classes about 7 years ago and the training and information I retained there helped me pass my practical exam for Excelsior College as the last step prior to graduating my ADN program. Tina teaches and strategizes her classes in such a way that helps you both understand and retain the information so that you gain the ability to incorporate it into your memory to perform as best as possible on exams and practicums. She is very very thorough. I now work as a level NICU nurse in Houston Medical center, and am currently in the process of finishing my bachelors and hopefully someday getting my PMHNP-BC :)"
"I took this workshop in January, 2008 before going to my CPNE weekend test in February, 2008. Tina was very kind, knowledgeable and realistic about our endeavor as a class. She had workstations set up for us to practice after she did thorough reviews. She gave us extra time to repeat areas of weakness. She freely answered questions. She allowed us to come extra during off time from classes to continue practicing. She clearly had our best interest at heart. I flew from Tennessee to California for this class and still believe it was well worth the cost, travel and my time to take this workshop. Take the workshop seriously, listen to Tina‘s guidance and you will succeed also first time in passing your CPNE as I did. Do be aware, it was very clear to me that the people giving the CPNE did NOT want you to pass. It cost me $2500 to take the test. If I failed, I had to wait six months, if I am not mistaken, before I would be allowed to pay another $2500 to try again. The hovering over you, the pressure you already feel related to completing your degree exacerbated are real. You must remain focused. You must be determined to pass after you prepare as best you possibly can. In one of the CPNE work stations, my hand shook so badly that I dropped a syringe. I automatically failed that station. Thankfully, I was able to repeat it the following morning, passing it. So don’t give up. Do review plans of care. You have to provide these as part of your test. You are being timed and they are watching that as well. But don’t be afraid. You can do it with the good Lord’s help. Having passed my CPNE, I proceeded to take my RN boards in March 2008 and easily passed it. I have worked for 14 years since as a registered nurse, with my emphasis being in hospice care. I have also worked in hospital settings and the home healthcare field in managerial roles. . And now as I am preparing to retire in the next few years I am loving on dementia care residents in an assisted living facility in my hometown. My previous 17 years as a registered respiratory therapist have been invaluable yet I have never regretted pursuing my nursing degree. And I have never regretted going to Tina‘s workshop. Thank you Tina for providing this avenue allowing me to use my God given abilities to help and love on others in such a special field. Sonya L. Ownbey, RN RRT Tennessee"
