If you are willing to wait well past your scheduled appointment time, and you can tolerate apathetic and uncaring front office staff, and if you're OK with seeing a different assistant every visit, Dr. Kaur herself is an excellent physician. However, there are other excellent ophthalmologists in the area with far more competent office staff."

"I saw a different doctor at the office who was great. However, after the appointment I tried to get a copy of the office visit/pictures for my records and was treated terribly by the staff. They had me drive there to sign paperwork, which was no problem until I got the records and they were incomplete. When I asked to be sent everything they were difficult/rude and refused. Soon after I started receiving calls and mail telling me I was no longer a patient there and to go elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional and rude."
