"I started training at Bovine Strength Systems April of 2023. I had multiple long term injuries from my time in military service and was at my heaviest ever (170 lbs), the worst shape I have ever been in! The team got me on a workout and basic nutrition plan. Fast forward to September - I’m in the 150 lbs range, still shedding 1lb per month, putting on muscle and feeling great! I highly recommend this team of trainers, they are exceptional and train clients of all ages and abilities. I’ve see 80 yr old clients training in the gym in fantastic shape and serious high school and college clients working to maximize their performance. "This gym is truly amazing and the people that work there are ultra professional and knowledgeable. They make everyone feel comfortable and at home. The gym is modern and very clean and they have amazing equipment for all types of workouts. Every trainer tailors the workout to each person’s specific goals. Ray is super knowledgeable and personable. Also, Matt, the owner, is always on site and very accessible. I feel they have competitive pricing for this area and it’s well worth the money. You really get what you pay for! I’ve attended several gyms in the Monterey area and this is by far the best one. I’ve watched my strength, mobility, and overall coordination improve in just a short amount of time."
