"Been coming to this store for over 20 years. This is an excellent and wonderful pool store. They have everything you need for your pool and more. You can bring pool water in for testing. and they test it immediately. Very reasonable prices and great help with all of your pool questions and problems. You can trust everyone here at Leslie’s; they are the finest in the pool business. They also sometimes sell cute outdoor furnishings too. Ample parking and handicapped spaces here."

"Greg is awesome. Patiently helped me diagnose multiple problems with my pool. Spent at least 20 minutes with me providing insights without any BS. And didn't sell me anything I didn't need. I previously had a bad experience there with a different employee, but Greg changed all that. Seek him out of you need help with a difficult situation with your pool."

"June of 2018 my pool pump failed. I had Leslie's install a new one. In December I noticed it making a terrible noise and turned it off. My pool cleaner did not know why it was off and turned it back on. I heard it again and turned it off. The holidays were over, so I asked the top boss to come look at it. He did and told me the bearings were shot. I called Leslie's and spoke with a very helpful woman. She sent out a tech, who told me he would order a new pump. I told him I did not want the same pump, and asked him if Pentair was a better brand. He told me it was. I called the store and requested that they replace my pump with a comparable Pentair. They replaced my pump with a Pentair the next week. I am very impressed with their service. I have used them for everything since we moved to this house since July 1990."

"Poor service experience, zero sense of urgency. In the salesman's own admittance, he had other priorities than to inspect a device dropped for repair. 7 days and they have not even looked at the device! Have been patient but not any more for shoddy service attitude. Won't be my first pick for pool equipment repairs."
