"Would give it no stats if possible, had fraud charges in Las Vegas when I live in Sacramento and have never been to Vegas but yet have charges hours apart in Vegas and Sacramento so how could I be in two different states hours apart? So ya be smart don't open an account at Golden 1 because they are thieves not a bank. If you care about your money DO NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT OR GO To a golden 1."

"Don't get sick or get Covid with this credit union. Stay clear. If terminally ill they will come for you house. Research other credit unions"

"I deposited cash into the ATM. The ATM locked up after taking my money. Golden 1 will not credit my account even though I have a receipt showing the amount deposited. They're claiming the investigation could take up to 45 days despite simple math on balancing an ATM machine. Once the claim is done I'll be closing my account and no longer banking with them after over 20 years of being a customer."

"Do not bank at this Golden 1 or even Golden 1 at all, I have been banking with Golden 1 for 10 years and I had an issue depositing a check, and the bank manager I spoke with was sarcastic rude and disrespectful, I even went to his higher up Brittany and pretty much got the same attitude, I have never felt so disrespected in my life from a business where I bring my money to. Do yourself a favor and don't bring your money here"

"Very busy location, always plan on being here at least 30 minutes. Staff likes to have unneeded conversations with customers. And there is always 2-3 other employees sitting at desks, doing nothing while there is a line of people waiting. When I switched from WellsFargo and Patelco, I thought branches would have better customer service!"
