Ray told me I might not need one and may only need some minor repairs. I made an appointment for the next day and turns out I just needed the shifters flushed and is working great now, he finished everything on the same day. He easily could have sold me a tune up and other services but he’s such a stand-up guy, would definitely recommend them for any bike services."

"Ray, is awesome. I had a weird issue in my bike where the rear wheel would squeak. I messaged Ray on Sunday, he took the bike in the same day, not really knowing the root cause of the problem, and returned it working perfectly the next day. He kept a constant line of communication open and texted me what is the issue and how much it costs. He also found an issue with front brakes and fixed that as well. Very reasonable prices. I liked that he is a family owned business and works out of a garage part time, and donates 10% of earnings to Maui Strong. I was also pleased that I did not have to get an appointment two weeks later and then get the bike another week later. He turned it around in one day from when I texted him.
