"I've always had a good experience going in there. The employee's are great. I'm just a little disappointed at the store. Because, they don't seem to want to provide enough information to their customers about the warranty that comes with any product that you buy from Adidas Nike or Puma or any other sporting company. So it goes something like this, any product that you buy from Nike Adidas Puma or any manufacturer that sells you $300 soccer cleats $100 Adidas jacket or anything else that is expensive they provide you with two year warranty on the product so if for any reason your synthetic or your leather soccer cleats are torn you could send them back and they'll provide you a 2-year warranty and you get a brand new soccer cleats or your jacket or anything else for that matter and that's the part that they don't want you to know they want you to come back and buy another brand new soccer cleats from them for $300 in the meanwhile you could have saved $300 by returning your old ones and receiving a new ones for the torn soccer cleats that only lasted you maybe six months to a year. So all you got to do is keep a copy of your receipt for the item that you bought or just buy it direct from Adidas or Nike and they'll keep a copy of your receipt. 2) any item you buy it comes with the tag on it and that tag has code on it and that code tells the manufacturer when it was made. Then your product warranty on that item that you don't have a receipt for comes from that code from when it was made so you still get a 2 year warranty for item that you don't really have a receipt and that's the part that I'm disappointed with Soccer Pro for not providing more information to customers to really help them out and save the money. Don't go in there thinking that they're on your side and they're trying to help you. They are in the business of making money, not in the business of looking out for you. good luck and I hope that this helps"
