"I spent an hour with Dana getting all documents copied for him to do my payroll taxes and yearly returns. Then I spent 2.5 weeks trying to get back in touch with him to get the payroll taxes done. I was promised a return call or email over and over, there seemed to be a different person at the front desk each time I called. After the 7th phone call wasn't returned and the payroll tax deadline had passed, I finally showed up there in person. The office is open to the waiting room, so I could actually hear him tell the receptionist to say he was with a client when he clearly wasn't. I refused to leave, so eventually he came out and told me he just doesn't have time to do my payroll taxes. Lame apology and zero effort to rectify the situation. It would have taken just one phone call before the deadline to allow me to call someone else to get it done on time and avoid penalties. I have no idea how a business like this can even function. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
