"I've been coming here for the past two and a half years, and up until recently, I've never had an issue. The girl with the blonde hair typically helps me when I get there, she's very kind and professional, so I can't say anything bad about her. But now and again, the girl with the long black hair would assist me. She was not friendly whatsoever and up until recently, I didn't think much about it because even though she wasn't friendly, she wasn't rude either. The last time I came here, I approached her window because she wasn't with a customer. When I approach her window, she doesn't even attempt to say hi or even acknowledge my presence, not even a hello, nothing. I suppose I should’ve waited to be called so I immediately apologized when I saw that she was working on some paperwork and asked if she wanted me to wait until she was finished. She said no, it's okay, so she helped me. She doesn't say anything after giving me my money order either not even a goodbye. I was in disbelief by how rude she was, I honestly don't think you need to say much, but basic human acknowledgement is necessary when working with the public. I'm not coming back here, and she needs to be replaced."
