"Horrible customer service, they lie to you telling you they are trying to help you by giving you all the wrong phone numbers to call , so you can talk to someone about your account.. I’ve spent one hour trying to get in contact with someone who can help me with my account.. I’ve been a customer for one year and I will never use one main financial.. they are liers and give you the run around.."

"Be careful. At first I was approved with 36 months payment plan. Then it changed to 60 months at the end but the payment stayed the same. Good thing I caught it. This would have doubled my loan amount."
