"First of All this establishment is trash!! BEWARE of The older ugly Mexican lady that works there should absolutely be fired! Look at all these reviews on her being racist and discriminatory! I walked in here because my bank of 30 years was closed at 6pm and I needed to cash my check asap! I made the biggest mistake of coming in here! This old broke woman had the absolute nerve and audacity to profile me because I signed my check and told her my mobile deposit was down! She was already judging me the minute I walked in! She said since i signed my check that it was a red flag and she couldn’t cash my check even though prior to that she was willing to cash my check and talk to her “manager”. Well she met the Right one! Not only am I reporting this Racist establishment to the better business bureau but I will be filing a claim of discrimination with the DFEH! I have time today! I have never in my life experienced this type of service at any establishment! I drive a new Mercedes and this woman is giving broke and miserable! A Real HATER She shouldn’t cash checks she’s a weirdo and I feel like she’s hating that she’s not making more then me! Don’t ever go here GO to PLS check cashing where I was treated with respect and I was in and out in 5 minutes! If they don’t wanna fire this woman imma make sure they catch the heat for her behavior towards me and so many others!"

"Horrible costumer service, a Hispanic old lady treated me like a fraudulent person based of my looks, because of my tattoos and being Hispanic, as soon I walked in , she said she can’t take signed checks without her witnessing (her way of tone was rude so I know she was profiling me and not a store procedure ) also I actually been to this location once a long time ago , lady was so rude I felt like I couldn’t even speak to even let her know that I’m not a recurring costumer but I have checked at the location once ( I never had a problem with signing my checks , I have always been told to sign my checks beforehand never had a problem at any other cashing places or banks , just this one) and with a judging voice said “it looks like you tried to check this somewhere else” (of course I did , I need my money Walmart wasn’t able to do it but at least they try to help on what i can do, without making me feel like I was less of a person because of my appearance or that I had fraudulent behavior )this lady even questioned my work position because she couldn’t believe someone like me can work as front desk for a plumbing/fire supply store after giving her all the proof , I showed my I’d , gave her my jobs corporate number and business card, she refused to help me cash my check because according to her eyes any person of color with tattoos is just fraudulent.. bet if an old lady came in she wasn’t going out her way to ask or make her do the extras for proof .. that old looking Hispanic lady needs to be fired bet she does this to all the young adults with/without tattoos or people of color , she is discriminatory towards the people of color & young adults .. I felt really discriminated and judged, I am 25 , neck tattoos and Hispanic , I have my own LLC business and work a regular job , not even my jobs ever made me feel discriminated but this lady did .. don’t go to old Hispanic lady(I believe she wore glasses) she’s rude and judgmental !!!"

"I went to cash a check w my husband today and the older lady cashier was really rude asking me personal questions. She kept asking if i was on ssi because im so young and asked if i was with the next customer which is my husband but what kind of questions are those. So rude and she wasnt friendly i found her very condescending. I wont be returning."
