"Lake Superior wow!!! visit to one of the natural & biggest freshwater lake in the world"
"And abandon in Lighthouse, which is a scenic hike to get there."
"One of the easier hikes around the Duluth area. It's mostly flat and the trail is protected from the wind. The lighthouse itself isn't much to see. The real attractions are the lake and harbor views."
"A little overgrown and a chain link fence keep you from getting too close or enjoying the full view of the tower. An interesting relic, would be nice if the site was a little more developed sharing the history. There is an abandoned building covered in graffiti not to far from here."
"My girlfriend and I were hiking down the beach, headed inland, and stumbled upon this! I had no idea it was there, so it was a cool surprise! At first I thought it was a chimney, but once I got inside of it, I could see the spiral of what once was the stairs. Get out there and find it!"
