"Incredibly friendly, accomodating staff. World class food, great view of planes taking off at San Diego INTL so much so some staff even said I should chase them. Room service every single day alongside a free breakfast in bed option. Will defiantly come again!"

"Attended this Recruit Depot in 1996. One of the hardest things I've ever done in my life. Made me into the outstanding man i am to this day. Don't regret this decision at all."

"I stayed here in 1995. Amenities were limited and communal. Plenty of toilets and several beds in my room. I stayed in the Alpha Company suite on the third floor. The view was nice, walking distance to everywhere. The staff yelled and screamed a lot but were accommodating. The local eatery was decent, but had long lines and none of the workers seemed happy. Plenty of space to exercise with outdoor fitness centers. If you stay here you must try the fun games, my favorite was the armory rifle return. I would likely stay again."

If your looking for drinks and snacks you can visit their local market on base for taxes free items. They have some breakfast and other sandwiches at vendors that are there!"
