"This was a great course and very informative! I'm giving 4 stars ONLY because the online course videos were geared more toward residential real estate, and I'm more interested in the commercial side of the business. The instructor voiced his opinion multiple times that he was not experienced or interested in commercial and that everyone should start with residential, and that does not align with my career goals. Had I known that from the beginning, I may have gone with a more commercial focused course, but this information was really helpful in being prepared for the state test and if you're going straight into residential, this is the course for you!"
