"This government organization just built a 50+ million dollar parking structure for the convenience of its administration rather than use that funding to enhance the educational experience of Riverside County students. The project was justified by saying that it would include enhanced conferencing facilities after they just spent two years rehabbing the existing conferencing facilities countywide for several million dollars and also building and enhancing several surrounding parking lots less than a block away. I encourage all to do formal records requests. Also it should be shocking to any taxpayer that a project at this expense level was authorized by employees of this organization rather than by public vote."

"I called for the very first time and the lady who answered was very rude. I asked her a question and she said “ I don’t know”, that’s not professional, it’s her job she should know. I just don’t get it, if you no longer like your job go find another. She was short with me like she wanted me off the phone."

This office’s IT department offers great training and technical sport and the Curriculum, Business, Early Childhood Education, and Educational Services units truly are there to help everyone involved in educating students and supporting families across the county. "The customer service is poor. The receptionist are rude and they do not like to return calls in a timely manner. They continuously say "let me transfer you, then come back and say the person must be at lunch" when I've called different times of the day."

"My only issue is that parking for visiting (I had an interview) is limited. The building is well marked as to entrances for various depts. The staff was friendly and helpful."
