"Went to the branch to see why my online banking (Zelle) was not working, keep freezing and app crashing. Got zero help with horrible customer service, very unprofessional and could care less about the customer. He blamed the issue on US Bank not being prepared for the merger with union bank, that was my answer. Clearly they know nothing about their systems and just giving customer the run around. So due to US Bank putting a hold on my account so I couldn't access my money and then not being able to tell me why is wild. I needed to get money to a family member and couldn’t. I live in Monterey, CA and had to drive all the way to San Deigo (8 hour drive) to get my family member the money they needed. The guy at the counter laughed and said “good luck with that”. Just horrible customer service, makes me just want to take my money out of this bank and go elsewhere where they actually care about the customer"
