"My sister called them for me and highly recommended that I go with them. I asked to speak with James to get more information once the retainer was sent unfortunately communication is not his strong suite at all. I’ve had lawyers in the past that communicated with me every step of the way, if you plan on using them be prepared to be ghosted after you send the retainer. Ive also called and asked to switch to another lawyer in the firm but they still sent me back to James, I’m not happy and as of now I don’t really recommend, If and when my situation clears I’ll update my review."

"I was recently in a position where I needed legal assistance and I was definitely concerned and worried about the possible outcome of my case. After my case was heard, the court broke for a recess, several other people from the courtroom came up to me afterward and said "you have a good attorney, who is that?" It was Paul Takakjian."
