"I went on 1/29, and the guy behind the counter was very rude. I don’t know what his name was, but he was Asian. I thought I was able to drop off something to UPS, but he very rudely told me no and I was confused and asked for clarification as to why I was not able to drop it off there cause the UPS website said it was a shipping store and he very rudely responded with “Do you want to me to say all the reasons cause it’s going to take a long time.” Should have looked at the reviews before I went."

"Just got my PO box here again, love this store! You can get so many things done, not just mailing-cut key, dry cleaning, document photos, notary service, postal boxes. It does get busy but Charles with his wife they do amazing job. Been coming to this store since 2014. Moved out of the area but always stop by if nearby. Hands down excellent service and worth coming to. Besides, its conveniently located inside Ralphs store which is open until 1am."

"Absolutely not a friendly person working in this postal annex. I can’t believe all those good reviews for this store. Customer service is way below average. Looks like they are not people person. My advice to the people work there...please say hi, hello what can I do for you and so forth. Nothing like that I experienced in this store. Life is not for ever, be happy be helpful and friendly. I have been to this store few times and never been approached with warm happy face as all customer should be approached. To the people/person who work in that store I say smile be happy and be a bit friendly towards ALL customers. Good luck & God help us"
