"I live in this neighborhood and it was really peaceful and safe for so long, until this garbage development showed up - another nuisance property! The police are always there, trash riddles the neighborhood streets, horrible behavior displayed by residents: erratic driving, yelling, fighting, domestic, disturbances, drugs, blatant disrespect for others in the community - people, families, and children live around here too and call this neighborhood home. Show some respect for yourself and others! Really pathetic management if they can’t get a handle on their problem tenants… all about that write-off the developer got… Ruined the sense of safety and “home” for so many area residents for the sake of money."

"Somehow my previous review was deleted. I wonder who is behind all of this. This is one of the worst developments in Madison. You'll have cops there everyday and have the property manager treat you like you aren't a person. Save yourself the headache! You DONT want to live here, you couldn't pay me to live here!! They blame tenants for everything and then leave tenants notes that they have to keep their blinds closed. Kids are not watched and cannot play on the grass. This was built out of greed for $$$$."
