"Very disappointed for the management team of this apartment! No one actually works! Calls are not available all the time, there is even no one replying emails too. They don’t really care about their customers. Every single time there was a snow day, nobody is trying to remove the snow asap and made our cars hard to go out. Even you report a problem on their website, it took almost 1-2months for them to follow up and you have to keep tracking on it and asking for help at all time! Very loud neighbors around, people sings at night time, kids runs at the hallway in the early morning and they will even hit the wall to make noise! HORRIBLE! Extremely bad experience here!"

"Plowing issues took them weeks to take care of it my car was even snowed in by the plow it takes weeks to get ahold of people and rent is to high for a place that has no lighting besides in the kitchen and bathroom and has dog poop everywhere let’s not forget to mention the mold issue I’ve seen in a couple of apartments"

"Worst decision was moving into this apartment. I have had MULTIPLE packages stolen, loud neighbors running in the halls at all hours, ZERO communication with management, building says they are “renovated” but are legit stickers on the counters, takes FOREVER for the parking lot to get plowed. I am COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS until I get to move out of this place. If I reach out to management, I have to send multiple emails and call dozens of times to get a reply 2 weeks later. Extremely disappointed and I have no idea how people are still moving into these apartments."

"Terrible place to live, the "updates" are definitely a landlord special if you know what I mean, terribly loud neighbors (screaming in the middle of the night, loud music at 11pm in the middle of the week) and I have been waiting for them to pay me back almost $500 for 6 months now only claiming that they have sent the check and have been ignoring me since. I always paid on time and was a good tenant and this is how I am being treated post move. Stay far far away, I've heard of many other horror stories so this is only just the tip of the barrel. DO NOT MOVE HERE, DO NOT LIVE HERE."
