"Look, y'seen one new construction building y'seen 'em all. But who's complaining. At the end of the day, a property is only going to be as good as the people running the ship. Renee along with the maintenance to the people charged with cleaning the property and residents alike do about as conscientious a job at guiding this pivotal property which among other things plays a very instrumental role in the community for people with special needs, to being a pleasant, social, safe and welcoming haven for its diverse residents."
"Its quiet for an apt complex, a modern build and reasonably priced for Madison housing."
"The crime rate in the neighborhood has quadrupled since the residents of this apartment complex moved in. Coincidence? It is built next to an MGE relay station. It seems like a great place to get cancer. The neighborhood to the east petitioned to not connect olbrich street to this development. Their requests were ignored. Theft has skyrocketed. It was built with the belief that a new library was being built. 3 years later no library, only government subsidized housing. You can't blame the residents, you can only blame poor urban planning and pie in the sky ideologues with no sense of reality, and are unaffected by the consequences of their actions because they live in neighborhoods with no inclusionary housing."
