It seems like a great place to get cancer. The neighborhood to the east petitioned to not connect olbrich street to this development. Their requests were ignored. Theft has skyrocketed. It was built with the belief that a new library was being built. 3 years later no library, only government subsidized housing. You can't blame the residents, you can only blame poor urban planning and pie in the sky ideologues with no sense of reality, and are unaffected by the consequences of their actions because they live in neighborhoods with no inclusionary housing."
