"Gave me the runaround! Management funny asl ..Took my app fee knowing the unit was rented. They had me come back and fourth bringing paperwork on my lunch breaks. Claimed the process would take a few days for an approval then all of sudden an instant denial within 10 mins of leaving. It’s definitely management..claimed fraud what I ain’t never submitted anything in my life with fraud behind it. Picking and choosing who to approve is what’s going on there."

"Lived there for 3 years. Had a closet light issue for the last year. Never got fixed even after multiple requests. One of the office staff was quite rude. Maintenance guy is super cool though and sunshine is really helpful."

"I have lived at Generations, part of the Carbon apartment community, for eight months. Subsidized apartments for single people and roommates are available in the Carbon building, but Generations is exclusively for families. It is quiet, well managed, and best of all, these buildings are brand new! (Well, my building just turned one year old a week ago.) Brand new, energy efficient appliances, friendly staff, and proper COVID-19 precautions are taken by everyone who work here, and the tenants are pretty good about it too! The proper signage is displayed with all the latest information and guidelines. I feel safe here, and the rent is very reasonable based on your income level. It’s also right next to the UW-Health Union Corners clinic, just a 30 to 60 second saunter away! If you appreciate close proximity dining, Union Corners Brewery is located in the commercial space in the first floor of Carbon, and they are currently offering takeout orders. Once the pandemic is over it will be a great place to drink beer, since they are a legit brewery. Right on the bike path, with a great walk score, in the best neighborhood in town! SASY forever!"

"Fran is a scammer left the apartment in perfect condition someone literally moved in within the few days I moved out. She kept my whole deposit made up things that were never in the apartment charged almost $700 for putting TVs on the wall that i was given permission to do charged $160 lawn damage but never had a lawn to damage $150 for mailbox keys I never recieved smoke debris which I absolutely do NOT smoke $114 for a microwave that was never there. Was never late for rent and always kept up with my apartment. Fran played very friendly until I decided not to renew my lease and that's when hell begin. Have tried to contact corporate no one returns phone calls. BEWARE!!!!!!"

"I moved to Carbon last year. I have found my FOREVER HOME. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have wonderful amenities, wide door ways for my scooter, large washer and dryer, beautiful landscapes, easy to clean wood floors. The building is run and kept beautiful at all times."
