From the get go, Oscar was diligent with communicating with us leading up to the setup day. When they arrived, they had our canopy up and set in 30 minutes and let us know to reach out if we needed anything at all. Completely blown away by their professionalism and customer service. "Be very careful. We used their services this past weekend. We had an item canceled that we were not going to need a few days before the event and delivery. The item required a deposit and now the event has passed and all the items we used have been picked up. We have not received our deposit back and now the phone calls and messages are being completely ignored. Buyer beware!"

"I have never written a review, but I felt this company deserved it. I contacted them Friday, which was a day before my event!! And they were more than accommodating and able to squeeze me in on their Saturday run. They were constantly in communication with me, as far as when to expect them for drop off and pick up!! Even showed up earlier than they expected. This was the easiest rental company I have ever worked with!! I will be using them in the future and passing my experience to friends and family!!"
