"The day my car is supposed to be shipped I have no call no email no text, nothing stating when they will pick my car up. I called the number, and he said he would call back, but he never does, and now the number doesn't work. Stay away and find someone else to ship!!!"

"Issues with communication. Broken promises and when driver made multiple excuses for non delivery Elite couldn’t care less. They wouldn’t return a call or text. But the biggest scam is they quote a price and when they “find” a driver they say the driver wants more money. Just horrible experience and had to cancel travel plans since the delivery took two days longer than promised and the distance was only 3 hours of transportation"

"The worst decision I’ve ever made! This ppl are so unprofessional beyond what words can describe. I arranged for my car to be shipped to FL from LA one month ahead and had paid the deposit, the day before they were supposed to ship my car I called to coordinate the pick up time and they said they didn’t have a driver to ship my car!!!!!! This place is awful!"

"Elite auto shipping is the absolute worst company to work with. They tell you the truck is on its way and then give you a million excuses as to why it didn’t show up but of coarse it will come the next day. Which it doesn’t. Dishonest and poorest work ethic I’ve ever seen. Stay as far away from this company as possible."
