"I made a mistake and called the wrong property. The office manager (Becky) if that's her name was very rude and loud. When working with the public you should talk to people in a better manner. The way she spoke to me is very unacceptable. I tried to apologize and all she kept doing was yelling saying "You didn't live you need to call someone else I don't know what to tell you but you are lying I have been here for years." She definitely needs training in customer service and answering telephones. And Yes Becky we did have this conversation. You were very unprofessional and rude."
