Maintenance staff is amazing and work extremely hard to make our lives easier as tenants in addition to ensuring it looks amazing at all times in all seasons. Samantha as a property manager is the best and it's proximity to restaurants and the city is great."

"Living at the Arden has been a fantastic experience! Kaelyn and Samantha do an incredible job with the move-in process (very smooth!), leasing questions (prompt!), and letting you know ahead of time if there will be any maintenance done that might affect you. The building itself is immaculate and the apartments are modern and clean. I appreciate the staff being very personable and going above and beyond to take care of the resident’s needs. The location is great — within walking distance of the Capitol Square, State Street, and Grace Coffee Co. Also, Arden is very close to both Lake Mendota and Lake Monona — with awesome views of both lakes from the 11th floor terrace!"

"I LOVED living at the Arden and would have stayed if I wasn’t moving out of state. The building is basically brand new and always super clean/well-maintained and quiet. The apartment management/leasing team is also great - really fair rent increase, re-leasing timeline, etc.. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment building that is quiet but still walking distance to the capital area!!"
