Prentice Park Apartments

"My family has lived at Prentice Park Apartments for 6 years now and love our time here. The staff is kind and knows us and our dogs, by name - I'm not sure any other places care about you so much to learn one name, let alone 4 names. They've been quick to fix the few appliance breaks we've had and are super helpful with any questions we've had. We highly recommend living at Prentice Park so many amenities, but the best one is how well they treat tenants!"

"Living here was ok at best. not due to community but in regards to price/quality ratio. The market is somewhat competitive and the amenities offered here are to a minimum. I enjoyed the proximity to stores, highway, and other resources. However, I was left with a bitter taste after seeing the supposed deposit charges. “Cleaning” charges on their old worn carpet, outdated cabinets, and linoleum flooring that hasn’t been changed since the building was probably built. I suggest finding a place with remodeled apartments and taking your time to weigh options. This was only a last minute option."

"The office lady is so rude, I don't know her name but she is white brunette, she has no respect for her clients, and she is utterly useless. she provide the worst customer service ever, and the apartment has the worst maintenance service, don't border renting here cause you just wasting you money and time."

"I've lived here for 2.5 years and have really enjoyed it! The only reason I am moving is because I now work on the westside and the commute is too far. Jenni has always been really great to us and helpful! They give us ample notice for changes around the apartment. For example, we received new mailboxes and they let us know and gave us the new keys before they were even installed! The maintenance is also great and quick to fix what you need. We've had a couple things that needed to be replaced and we always got them fixed within a week of calling, sometimes they would come the same day! They were also great when we decided to get cats in the middle of our lease. We lived in a 3 bedroom apartment which had plenty of space for us to hang out in the common areas and also have alone time in our rooms. We never felt like we were on top of each other! We live on the bottom floor and we hardly hear our neighbors, it is a relatively quiet place! I also loved having in unit laundry. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment and I am sad to leave it!"

"For anyone looking into Prentice Park, my first word of advice is to keep in mind that most people who write these reviews had a bad experience. Yet for the vast majority of tenants in Prentice Park, we have nothing but positive things to say. First of all, the neighborhood is great. I have experienced a very peaceful and relaxed home for the last two years. My neighbors are polite and courteous and I have only witnessed a couple of arguments over the last two years. The grounds are up-kept well and repairs are done promptly. As for management, I have really enjoyed working with Phyllis. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and has never been unprofessional towards me or my wife. However, I do wish that the appliances were updated. You will pay an additional $39.00 than what the unit is advertised for to use their washer and dryer and the washer/dryers are quite old. You can opt out of the washer and dryer, but let's be honest, who would do that? Yet the washer and dryer, along with the other appliances are functional and repairs are made promptly. I would highly recommend Prentice Park to friends and family. I have lived in six apartment complexes in the last six years and my stay at Prentice Park has been the best so far."
