"Excellent building. I've rented all around Madison in the last 10 years and this was by far the best. McGrath management is professional and responsive. Sadly I had to leave the state otherwise I would have stayed. Parking is not cheap, but was worth it in my opinion given the great location and limited street options."

"My husband and I lived at 640 West while I was going to grad school and had great memories there. We enjoyed the open layout where the kitchen looked out into the living room. We also had a separate den area that we used as an office. We had lived in a few other apartments before this and never had so much storage space. We had a large closet in the entryway as well as the bedroom and laundry room. We enjoyed our patio that was large enough to fit a couple of chairs and & an electric grill and also utilized the gym that looked out on onto the bike path and the Kohl Center. 640 West has a great location and is conveniently located to campus and the Capital."
