"If you're looking for a great place to live I recommend that you rent from Stonehouse Development! When you go to Stone House Development, get an apartment at ELLA'S APARTMENTS! Words cannot explain how grateful I am for the management team at Ella's, they are great, they're helpful, their understanding, they're patient, they have a sense of humanity and empathy they didn't give up when we almost did, and for that I will be forever grateful to them. Now the apartments at Ella's they are lovely! Everyone that has seen my daughter and her fiance's apartment love it! From the modern full size washer and dryer to the stainless steel appliances with double door refrigerator and ice maker an island countertop, air and heat that you can control and on top of that an elevator. From the art on and in the building, all the amenities, free wi-fi, the party and game room, the exercise room, an area where you can relax outside in a garden setting and a private outdoor patio with a grill. The fact that you can actually have a dog or a cat and the rent is not so expensive you have to sell arms, legs, kidneys, the body parts or have to have two and three jobs live there. I'd give them a 100 Stars if I could. So if you get to the chance make an appointment for a tour of Ella's available apartments and fill out an application or go online to see any of Stonehouse Management Properties. "Never had any trouble with the managers , the people were always kind. Couldn’t hear the people next door. Always kept clean. Never had any issues with stolen packages. The underground parking was always at a good temp. The only thing is the hallways were sometimes hot ( we were on the 4th floor) Only reason we moved is because a new addition to the family :)"

"My husband and I have lived in Ella Apartments for roughly 4 months. About a month ago, we started smelling cigarette smoke in the hallway. We received a notice that there would be a room inspection and that smoking was a violation of our lease. Nothing was done. We’ve sent emails to management asking what was being done about this problem and we received a reply saying they were unaware and would look into it. Still nothing has been done. Living here is not cheap and having to walk to my apartment through a hallway that reeks of cigarette smoke in this NON SMOKING FACILITY is horrible. This was a nice place to live before this started. Management continues to do NOTHING about this problem and the notice we received about being evicted if a tenant was found to be smoking in their apartment was clearing an empty threat."
