"I have been here one year. I had to move because the apartment I had been in for 12 years was purchased from a company with a terrible reputation. It took a long time to pass all the hurdles to get my apartment. I thought I would qualify for a lesser monthly rent payment. But I am paying full price and am barely making ends meet. There has been no cooperation from management. I can’t afford to move again. I’ve never dealt with a WHEDA funded apartment so the process was long and arduous."

"The manager was very helpful. My mistake was realizing too late, there were no room dimensions on the sales brochure and I hadn't seen the apts yet. The bedrooms were a reasonable size, but when I looked at the living room, there was no way I could've fit anything but a couch, coffee table or two, TV, and chair. The kitchen was setup with a breakfast bar, but since its a shared space with the living room, there was no space for a small kitchen table. It would've blocked the door. As I've been trying to find a place to live, it looks like all the builders around here are doing the same thing. I downsized a lot from a 3 bedroom house, but not enough to move into any new building around Madison....."
