"I lived here last year and loved it. Nice staff and great apartments. Well constructed. Common areas kept clean which is nice, shows they maintain the building well. Also I didn’t get charge any fees moving out. Overall good location and would choose again if I could."

"To find housing in at UWMadison is a real challenge. I recently had the pleasure to work with Sam at the Lark to help get our application filled out. While we are still going through the process one of the things that I have really appreciated so far is that Sam was upfront with what type of apartment our student is likely to get. The reality is the best units go to people that have already lived there. So while many places are saying you cant know what you will get, Sam went further and said we are almost surely not going to get want we want. With that information, we did a realistic assessment and realized we still want the unit, but our expectations were set appropriately. A lot of places have you sign a lease and give you hope you might get something, when in practice, you will likely get the worst units. Being upfront and honest is a value thats hard to come by in a market like this, but it makes you want to live in a place more knowing that you have been given all the information that was available. Beyond that Sam took a lot of time to walk us through the options, answered many probably repetitive questions from different parents for the same unit, and called us back several times proactively. Everything that was looked at was clean, organized and well run. We are looking forward to our students living there next year!"

"LOVEEE IT HERE! I lived here the last year and regret not re-signing. Everyone is very kind and helpful. They will put your needs first (especially Mike and Sam)!!! They also have very fun and inclusive social events where they give you food! 10/10 recommend this place :)"

"The new management is unhelpful and out there to make money. Don’t sign a lease with this place unless you’re sure you want to live here. They go back on their lease agreement terms and conditions, charge you an exorbitant amount if you break their lease even if you find them a replacement. Their manager, Sam is known to give incorrect information and misguide residents and new people interested in leasing. Would highly recommend not living here. Beware of all the additional fees you will have to pay along with your new lease contract!"

"I lived here for 1 year. Great place! If I may say so, they have the best maintenance team I had ever seen in Madison. Anything you report to them will receive a very quick response and be fixed properly. It makes people feel very comfortable and reliable to live in a building protected by them. I have no doubt, in a view of an engineer, they are providing high-quality service to all the resident in the building. You can see the apartment staff in the lobby and every time I pass they greet you. You will get notice email for all the packages you received. Also, their partner Eco painting also does a great job."
