The people I have met here have made all the difference; they are very friendly. Management is always very responsive, making my living experience all the more enjoyable and memorable. The apartment manager (Jenni) creates a welcoming environment for the tenants through the avenues of communication. Some tenants have loved living here so much that they have been here for over ten years. I hope I can say the same in ten years."

Their rates on efficiencies are now equal to The Constellation, high-end apartments, which these are not. They are older in need of many upgrades, like new carpet and appliances, to even be sub Constellation quality. once you get management to acknowledge an issue, maintenance here is beyond compare.
