"Park regent is in an amazing location and you won’t find a better price on campus for the quality of the apartments. The property manager, Terry, is super helpful and always looking out for the residents. Rick in maintenance is always willing to address any issues in the apartment and he always responds quickly and does a great job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to live."

"I absolutely love living at Park Regent and just resigned for my second year! The rooms are very spacious and the location is unbeatable. If anything breaks or needs maintenance Rick will fix it within 24 hours; he’s amazing. Terry (the property manager) is also the sweetest person ever and will help if you run into any issues or if you just want someone to talk to. 10/10 would recommend signing here :)"

"For it’s price compared to other college apartments near or on campus, it’s a steal. Rooms are big enough and the living room is massive. Kitchen is a bit cramped but it isn’t a worry. Bathroom is large, but having the toilet and shower in one room with the sink in a separate room is a bit odd. Maintenance is a bit slow too. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to campus. Close to the Nic. The best part of this apartment is the property manager, Terry. She’s incredible."

"After calling over 6 times over the course of 3 days, I have not received a call back or an answer on their end. This call is crucial as it this is a very time-sensitive. Thanks to their poor system, they lost a future customer."

"I lived here for two years and I’ll definitely miss it! Briana was the best landlord hands down! She was super responsive and professional. Maintenance requests were also fast! The apartment was spot clean when we moved in, which means they’re super strict on tenants cleaning before moving out. When you’re moving out, please be aware to clean EVERYTHING or you’ll be charged. This includes spots on mirrors and windows."
