"I spent a wonderful time living in Langdon Hall Apartment for four months. The location is really convenient to anywhere you want. I must move out in advance because of my job changes, Kenzie and Isabella in the leasing office helped me a lot on breaking lease, finding new tenants and move-out turnover process. It's a great place to live for both students and the people need to live around the state street."

"I have had a good experience at Langdon Hall for the past two years. The courtyard is a really fun place to do work and relax in the summer. Although like every place it has its flaws, management has been very helpful to try and remedy them as fast as possible"

"My stay here was peaceful. The management(Mc Kenzie and Isabelle) is friendly and active with respect to resolving maintenance issues. Langdon hall apartments is located very close to State street, Madison Market, Mendota lake, Memorial library and University book store, making it easy to commute for daily needs."

"Poor management is nothing new in the Madison rental market, but Langdon Hall takes things to the next level. If you are a student, I would urge you to stay far, far away. The premises are unkept, the front door does not seem to lock, and delivered packages are frequently stolen. After your delivered items are stolen, the best suggestion building management will not examine its security footage or look to see if the package was misplaced. Rather, it simply shrugs its shoulders and says good luck. To their credit, I give them two stars because they gave me space heaters over the winter when the boiler system was not working. That is, they gave them to me after being reminded of their legal obligation to keep the temperature to at least 67 degrees. The building and its management are literally and figuratively a mess. I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs."

"One review just is not enough to fully explain my frustration and disgust with this apartment. It has been issue after issue. When I moved in, the base trim around the entire unit was peeling off the walls and I requested it be fixed and it has now been over month. I am finally getting around to cleaning areas of the apartment that I missed when I initially moved in. I went to clean the freezer and it was absolutely repulsive. food, crumbs, mold, you name it, it was there. Under the dishwasher I found actual dollar coin sized pieces of food and debris. Management never answers the phone in the office in the building and fairly often no one is there during their normal business hours. However, I will say they are fairly quick to respond to emails. Additionally, I cleaned out the garbage disposal after moving in and it took an entire roll if paper towels for it to finally come out clean. The mold and food particles had to have been an inch thick. There is also no exhaust fan in the bathroom so there is now a growing amount of mold above the shower, and management is not particularly motivated to treat it as it has been over a week since I made them aware. In my last apartment, maintenance requests were taken care of within 48 hours, even if they requests were trivial and not emergent. After much back and forth, the ceiling was finally tested for asbestos and the tests results were negative thankfully. I just cannot wait to move out of this terrible apartment and I suggest you NEVER live here."
