"Meridian Management, the intimidating, unlawful conduct toward persons with disabilities and those that are disadvantaged, is sad. Gregory comes to tenants homes puffing on a cigarette threatening them with bogus evictions, or trumped up lies regarding credible intel of bugs in the home. If tenants decline to let Gregory inside according to the appropriate laws/regulations, and assure him no existing bug infestation, ( he did make this up after all) they find Gregory returning later the same day, chanting another trumped up lie engineered to intimidate, and allow him entry to tenants homes unnecessarily and unannounced. One poor lady I witnessed was trying to rest, she had covid. Tenants are scared and afraid. I am not sure why all this is happening or to what end. I know that illegal Tennant harassment, discrimination, and other unethical/egregiously disturbing behavior on behalf of Gregory and Meridian Management continues to occur. This is disturbing to witness as someone who offers a free ride to Dr appointment or comes to talk with some of the residents."

"Don't want to be watched like a hawk? Or told when u can and cant have company? Or have your company cars towed, even though they park in visitors parking???...or if u like to control your own heat?...or if you like to cook on stove tops and in ovens that work? Or if u like to control your own porch light?? Or if your kids can't be on YOUR PORCH without u present? Or that u cant have your kids bikes on the lawn? Or how about having the previous tenant before you still having access to your mailbox and it takes management a month to fix the problem?? THEN STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM KENNEDY HEIGHTS!!! THE NEW MANAGER IS A DISCRIMINATING, RACIST, MISERABLE PERSON. WHO HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO WATCH CAMERAS ALL DAY AND MAKE PEOPLE WHO NEED EXTRA HELP ALREADY LIVES WAY HARDER. You should expect a 10 day notice for everything even having company on the weekend. When SHE (THE NEW MANAGER) is never in the office when she should be (weekdays!) But apparently is always there after hours and on weekends smdh. If u want to live a decent life and raise your kids in a happy and safe from a hateful environment...then cross Kennedy Heights townhomes off the list and keep searching... You deserve better! Thank me later."

"Lived there for 8yrs.,with my 3 sons. Loved every min.of living there! The townhouses were kept in great shape, management was very responsive . Plenty of playgrounds, very nice neighbors. I can't say enough good about it !"
