Londonderry Lofts

"This is a nice place to live! I’ve only lived here for 2 months, but The lofts are spacious, management and maintenance is responsive. My neighbors are kind, courteous, and no one is loud or obnoxious. They have a nice fountain in the back of the building. The grounds are well kept too. It’s a safe area since the police station is so close. I’ve never felt in danger. I can always find a parking spot in the lot too."

"Great affordable place to live on Madison's northside. I've lived here for about a year and a half and I would highly recommend. Management is awesome and very responsive- and as any renter knows, that makes a huge difference in whether or not living in an apartment is a good experience."

"Great place to live. I've been here two years now and I'm only leaving to move into Granite Ridge, which is owned by the same company. Management is quick to answer any questions or address any issues, but in general will leave you alone unless you need something which is a huge plus. I would recommend this place to anybody that is new to Madison or looking for a new place. Right across from the police department, easy to get downtown, easy access to the airport, and Management and Maintenance handles any requests quickly."

"The layout of the lofts are pretty great. Pet friendly which is a major plus! This is a safe area - the police department is right across the street. Any maintenance issues have been resolved pretty quickly. There are some outdated items in my apartment like the carpet, cabinets and floors. Outside of the minor cosmetic updates needed, it's a great place to live. I'd recommend it to my friends in the Madison area."

"I've lived in the Londonderry Lofts for 6 months now, and so far I have no complaints. The neighbors are quiet and courteous. The staff is friendly and easy to contact. I haven't needed any maintenance, aside from when I first moved in I received a new refrigerator and dishwasher. I didn't even need to ask for the old ones to be replaced, the staff was proactive in realizing the need for new appliances and in having them installed in a timely manner. Overall I'm very pleased with my loft and the apartment complex in general."
