"Such nice apartments at great prices for the Madison area. Marilyn is incredibly nice, and the family seems to be understanding of the importance of building trust between tenant and landlord! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an apartment in Madison. You’ll support a family business with nice up-kept apartments. The only suggestion I have for them is to please consider allowing pets! I’d have definitely looked to rent from them again but have 2 kitties now!"
"Great place to live and decent price! The Jacobson family is super nice and respond fast to maintenance requests. The 511 west main apartment is 5 minutes walk away to the main campus and 5 minutes walk away to all the restaurants. They also have private parking spots which is a plus!"

They were always very courteous and I could count on them for a prompt response with any questions or maintenance requests. It was nice to rent from a smaller, family owned company for a change.
