"Maintenance and management sucks here! They won’t fix anything no matter how many times you complain. Maintenance are not knowledgeable enough to fix anything! Management tells you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. There’s no organizational or structure! Runnnnnnnnn"
"This place is run by slumlords who just want to sit back and collect rent checks. The complex has a consistent problem with the fire department, at least once a week (average seems to be 2-3 times a week) fire trucks will roll into the complex, sirens blaring, at all hours of the day/night. Not sure what the problems are, but as I said, it is a CONSTANT problem. Been this way the entire time since I moved in (2 years ago)."
"Been living here for 3 years and it was great until a couple months ago. They did not give 24 hour notice and illegally moved my car. They did not know where they moved it to, so I was forced to walk around the streets they said it would be on for over an hour. They eventually helped me find it (in a lot behind the office not even close to where they had me looking) with one of their golf carts, although I was already 2 hours late for work. Also the laundry situation is disgusting. When I brought this up to the corporate office, Elaine asked if I wanted to break my lease instead of trying to remedy the situation with compensation for me missing work due to them moving my car without 24 hour notice. Edit: 6 months later and nothing has changed. The water still pools in the washers and the mold comes back every week. Avoid the headace of the terrible management of these apartments. They care nothing of their tenants."
"Update: I have recently moved from here, wish I didn't have to but I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could. I lived here for a year and I've been nothing but satisfied with the office staff (Liz, Jodi and a kind gentleman I never got his name). The maintenance staff is also awesome, whenever I've needed something fixed they were prompt and very respectful of my request ( I always asked them to wear booties over their shoes and they were happy to do so.) If I ever move back to Madison I would for sure not mind moving here again."
"I honestly wouldn't even give this place 01 star. I have lived here for 2 years, in two different apartments within the pines. The first one was a one bedroom and then I upgraded to a two bedroom when I had my second child. The difference in maintaining these two buildings are two different stories. If I would have known how terrible they are at maintaining this part of their property I would not have moved. The building with the two bedrooms is rundown, every time it rains there's an ocean in front of the entrance, when they plow buy that building they leave 4 feet of snow in front of your vehicle and leave you to dig yourself out. I have tried to talk into them numerous times about the water fluctuation in the shower they don't seem to understand that they have a bad water heater. When your water goes from Antarctica to hell and back again there's obviously something wrong not just water fluctuation. The tiles came up in the bathroom and when they came to fix it, it looked like a two-year-old did it. So if you like being plowed in and getting 3rd degree burns by your shower please stop by the ponds and ask for a two-bedroom apartment. Oh! And don't bother calling or stopping by the office during normal business hours because they're never there. You'll see a sign like in the picture I took. When you see this sign, you should add at least 15 minutes to the time they say they're going to come back cuz that's what exactly what happened when I went to turn in my keys."
