The landscaping was always beautiful and all the amenities offered continue to stay maintained. The apartment building is quiet, has a gas station right down the road, and a city park and bike trail system nearby. Just jump on the highway to get to downtown Madison in no time. I truly enjoyed my time living at RIVA managed by Avante Properties."
