Oak Tree Apartments

"Oak tree was suppose to be my first apartment. The lease 2023/2024. The day of move in the property manager called and let me know they have an infestation of cockroaches in my roommates and mine apartment. Struggling, as this is the day I was suppose to move out, I pushed through and went to look at the place. Cockroaches in the day on the closet, under the sink, ranging from baby to full size. I went back at night to further assess the situation. Counted 23 total running on the floor, hall, sink, counter, outside of the apartment on the hallways, ect. We were told it might be 2/3 weeks before it was fixed otherwise possibly a month but rent would flux due to this issue. The problem was having no place to stay. No home. No room. The apartment upon inspection had a “punched” hole in one of the room doors and water damage under 2 sinks. Pros- nothing Cons- cockroaches!!!"

"My kid lives in this roach infested $h!tstrom. We are in the process of seeking legal counsel to break the lease. The owners expect you to stay away for 1 day a week for fumigation and empty all cabinets and closetts. After being told there would be fumigation for 4 weeks, the deadline was pushed back week by week. STAY AWAY!!"

"Excellent management, and they're renovating/updating the units. You'll be hard pressed to find another location with comparable sized units and amenities at similar costs. Highly recommend....easy access to campus if you're a student, too :)"

"I lived at Oak Tree Apartments for two years and only have positive things to say. The apartment was newly renovated and exceeded my expectations. The management and maintenance staff were friendly, helpful and efficient answering any questions or solving any issues. I highly recommended Oak Tree Apartments."

"Lived at Oak Tree from Aug 2020 to Aug 2022. Initially I was timid to sign here due to many mediocre reviews of this place. However, my friends and I gave it a shot. One reason why my friends and I gave it a shot was because of how affordable it is (when split among roommates) with the amenities it has. We had a renovated unit with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Im pretty sure washer/dryer are only in select units so make sure to ask if there any of those units available if you’re interested. The management is responsive and helps any maintenance request no matter how small. I haven’t had any issues with bedbugs or anything of that matter. I haven’t heard any issues of bedbugs since they renovated the apartments. After two years of renting, I’m glad to have stayed at Oak Tree."
